1.What is your MOQ?
A:Our MOQ for mirrors is 30pcs per design. But if you choose more designs, then we can discuss about that.

2.What is your payment term?
A:Payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance on T/T before delivery. Or L/C at sight is also accepted.

3.How long will it take to produce an order?
A:Our normal delivery time is 35-50 days. Varies with order quantity.

4.Do you do customer's design?
A:Customers' designs are warmly welcomed. Of course, it's our responsibility to produce your designs, arrange our powerful designs group to make samples for you and try our best to meet your demands.

5.How can i get the free sample and how long will it take?
A:We usually don't offer free sample, the charge is depent on the design.The sample fee will be refunded once you placed the order. Sample time is about 7-15 working days, depending on the materials and printing.

6.How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
A: We have a strong QC group and system, they always control each part quality and details. Try our best to ensure all items are all well and safe for our customers.

7.How are the order shipped?
A: By sea. We arrange cargo to port of departure or port of destination (Shipment freight to be paid by the buyer).
